Payment...

I accept payment through PAYPAL or cheque.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please email:

Delivery...

I aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.


Postage...

Postage has been specified on each individual item. Please check the Online Shop.

Postage is for UK addresses only. If you live outside the UK, please contact me to arrange postage.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will be posted within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment. Should you live outside the UK, please email me at mail@tallulahcrafts.co.uk for a quote, as additional delivery charges will apply.


Returns...

I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email Linda at mail@tallulahcrafts.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
